Payment is made before or upon delivery of the product and can be done using one of the following methods:

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Your order will be shipped to the address you choose during checkout and paid for upon receipt. When the courier from the partnered shipping company delivers the package to your location, you pay the order amount in cash. The COD fee is €1.50 for orders within the city of Lamia, €2.00 for the rest of Greece, and €5.00 for Cyprus.

Credit Card Payment

Pay for your order online using your credit or debit card. All card payments are processed through the Easypay service of Piraeus Bank and use TLS 1.2 encryption with 128-bit encryption protocol (Secure Sockets Layer - SSL). Encryption is a way to encode information until it reaches the designated recipient, who can then decode it using the appropriate key.

Bank Transfer

The procedure for a bank transfer to the company’s account is as follows:

  • When completing your order, choose "Bank Transfer" as the payment method.
  • Deposit the amount into one of the company’s accounts listed below:

Always include your order number and the note Underwearshop.gr as the payment reference. (This is necessary to avoid delays in processing your order).

PayPal Payment

You can pay your online service invoice via PayPal, a service that allows you to make online payments without sharing your credit card number with each online store, only with PayPal.

The PayPal company provides payment services through third parties. It is regulated and supervised by the Financial Services Authority (FSA) of the UK and securely facilitates transactions by sharing only the necessary information with the counterparties. Creating a PayPal account is free, as is transferring funds from your PayPal account to your bank account.

IRIS Payments

  • This service allows payment for purchases made in an online store by charging your account via e-Banking or mobile banking.
  • The customer controls the payment through the web or mobile banking of the Payment Service Provider of their choice, where their account is debited. The collected amounts are credited to the IBAN held by the company with the partnered Payment Service Provider.
  • Participation in the service is done through actions by the partnered Payment Service Provider (Alpha Bank, National Bank of Greece, Eurobank, Piraeus Bank, and Viva.com).
  • Payment via IRIS is made by direct debit from your account. You can pay the total order amount by scanning the QR code below with your mobile camera and complete the payment while remaining in your e-banking environment.

  • Note that to successfully complete your order, you must send us the payment proof (photo, screenshot, etc.) to info@underwearshop.gr.
  • Payments through the IRIS system are completely secure.
