Shipping Costs
Within Lamia
For the city of Lamia, the products are shipped on the same day if the products are all available in our store. In case of a product shortage, the delivery time may be 1-3 days. In case of a longer delay, we contact you and inform you of the exact time period. The shipping of the products is free for orders over 39 euros on working days between 8:00 - 21:00. For orders less than 39 euros, shipping costs are 2 euros. Please note that if the payment method is "Cash on delivery", there is an additional fee of 1.5 euros. For orders over 69 euros, then cash on delivery costs are also free. Before the delivery of the products, a phone appointment is made at a specific time, which serves both the store's distribution department and the customer.
Rest of Greece
For the rest of Greece, delivery to your place is made by courier the next day. For some remote areas the delivery time can reach 2 days. In case any of the products are not available in our store, the waiting time can reach 3-5 days. In the event of a delay of more than 5 days, the store will contact you. For orders over 59 euros, shipping costs are free. For orders less than 59 euros, shipping costs are 3 euros. Please note that if the payment method is "Cash on delivery", there is an additional charge of 2 euros. For orders over 89 euros, then cash on delivery costs are also free.
Shipments to Cyprus
Shipments to Cyprus are made within 2-3 working days by courier and shipping costs are 15 euros for orders up to 2kg. In case of orders larger than 2 kg, contact us for the exact cost of transport. Also, the payment costs, in case you wish to pay by cash on delivery, amount to 5 euros.

In some remote areas shipping by courier is still impossible. In these cases, shipping is done by post and cash on delivery is not valid. For the exact cost of your order, Underwearshop.gr will contact you before sending it. In case you want your order to arrive by courier, the shipping fee changes and Underwearshop.gr will contact you for the exact fee.
For orders over 3 kg and bulkier packages, consultation with the store is required, because the shipping costs vary.
For the items you want us to send you with a transport agency (collection from the agency's headquarters). In this case, the refund does not apply. The money must be deposited into one of our bank accounts.
