Within Lamia
For the city of Lamia, products are shipped the same day if all items are available in our store. If any product is out of stock, delivery may take 1–3 days. In case of a longer delay, we will contact you to inform you of the exact delivery time. Shipping is free for orders over €39 on business days between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM. For orders under €39, shipping costs are €2.00. Please note that if the payment method is "Cash on Delivery", an additional fee of €1.50 applies. A specific delivery time will be scheduled by phone in advance to accommodate both the store's logistics team and the customer.
Rest of Greece
For the rest of Greece, delivery to your address is made via courier the next day. For some remote areas, delivery may take up to 2 days. If any of the products are not available in our store, the waiting time may be 3–5 days. In case of a delay longer than 5 days, the store will contact you. Shipping is free for orders over €69. For orders under €69, shipping costs are €3.00. Please note that if the payment method is "Cash on Delivery", an additional fee of €2.00 applies.
Shipping to Cyprus
Shipments to Cyprus are made within 2–3 business days via courier. Shipping costs are €15.00. Additionally, if you choose "Cash on Delivery" as the payment method, an additional fee of €5.00 applies.
Additional Information
In some remote areas, courier delivery may not be possible. In such cases, delivery will be made via the postal service, and Cash on Delivery is not available. For the exact cost of your order, Underwearshop.gr will contact you before shipping. If you wish to receive your order via courier, the shipping fee will change, and Underwearshop.gr will inform you of the exact cost.
For orders over 3 kg or bulky packages, prior coordination with the store is required, as shipping costs may vary.
For items you want shipped via a transport agency (pickup from the agency’s location), Cash on Delivery is not available. Payment must be made in advance via deposit to one of our bank accounts.
