For all cases where you wish to return or exchange a product you purchased, you must inform us within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date indicated on the courier’s delivery document by sending an email to info@underwearshop.gr, stating the reason for the return or exchange and providing a contact phone number. A member of our team will then contact you to arrange the pickup of the return parcel. Returns of products are NOT accepted in certain cases, as listed below:

We are sorry, but Underwearshop.gr, for hygiene reasons, cannot accept exchanges for products that have been tried on or whose packaging has been opened, and which belong to the following product categories:

  • Women’s Underwear
  • Men’s Underwear
  • Socks & Tights

Returns of products are accepted only in the following cases:

  • If the customer simply changed their mind, according to Law 2251/1994 (as amended by Ministerial Decision Z1-891/2013).
  • If the products you received are defective or of poor quality due to proven fault of Underwearshop.gr.
  • If Underwearshop.gr sent you the wrong products instead of those you ordered.

In the above cases, the customer may return the products, but this must be done within seven (7) calendar days from the day of receipt. The products must be returned in the condition in which they were received — complete, undamaged, in their original packaging, and with all tags/barcodes intact — accompanied by all documents and original purchase receipts. If the return is not made within the specified time frame, or if any of the return conditions are not met, Underwearshop.gr reserves the right to refuse the return and not proceed with any replacement.

If the return is accepted and all conditions are met, the customer is entitled to receive a credit note for the purchase of another product(s) of equal value. If the original payment was made by credit card, the transaction will be canceled, and the corresponding credit will be issued to the same card.

For any exchange, the customer is only charged for shipping costs and a €5 return fee, while Underwearshop.gr covers the cost of returning the products to the customer.

IMPORTANT: Before returning any product, you must first contact us by phone.

Product Return Procedure

In our physical store:

Bring the product(s) to our store. After we verify that the return conditions are met, the product(s) will be replaced with the same or another item of your choice.

By shipping:

After contacting our store by phone, you should package and send the parcel containing the product(s). Inside the package, include a note specifying how you wish us to resolve the financial balance (if applicable) or which new product you wish to receive. If the parcel arrives and it is found that the return conditions are not met, the product will not be accepted, as detailed above. It will be returned to you, and the shipping costs will be charged to you.

For any exchange, the customer is only charged for shipping costs and a €5 return fee, while Underwearshop.gr covers the cost of returning the products to the customer.
