For all cases where you wish to return or replace the product you purchased, you must inform us within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date indicated on the shipping document to the electronic address (e-mail) (info@underwearshop.gr) informing us of the reason for return or replacement and filling in a contact telephone number. Our associate will then contact you to receive the return package. Product returns are NOT accepted in certain cases. These are as follows:

We are sorry but Underwearshop.gr, for health reasons, cannot accept changes to products that have been tested or the packaging has been opened and belong to the following product groups:

  • Women's Underwear
  • Men's Underwear
  • Socks - Pantyhose

Product returns are accepted in specific cases. These are as follows:

  • The case in which the products you have received have a defect or are of poor quality with proven fault of Underwearshop.gr.
  • The case in which Underwearshop.gr sent you the wrong products and not the ones you ordered.

In the above cases the customer can return the products, but this should be done within (7) seven calendar days from the day of receipt. Products must be returned in the condition in which they were received, complete, undamaged, in their packaging, and the barcode tags must be returned in their original condition accompanied by all documents and original purchase receipts. In the event that the return is not made within the time period provided or some of the return conditions are not met, Underwearshop.gr has the right not to accept the products back and not to proceed with their replacement.

If the conditions are met and the product return is accepted, the customer is entitled to receive a credit note for the purchase of another product/products of equal value. In case the payment was made with a credit card, the transaction will be canceled and a corresponding update (credit) will be made to his credit card.

For any change, the customer only bears the shipping costs while Underwearshop.gr bears the costs of returning the products to the customer.

Product Return Procedure

In our physical store:

You bring the product(s) to us at the store and after a check is made to verify that the return conditions apply, the product(s) are replaced with the same or another product of your choice.

Product Shipping:

If the store has been called beforehand, you pack and send the parcel with the product(s). Inside the parcel you will have placed a document in which you can inform us of the way you want us to resolve the financial outstanding, provided of course the product meets the return conditions or the new product you want us to send you. In case the package arrives and it turns out that the return conditions do not apply, the product will not be accepted as explained in detail above. It will be returned to the customer and the shipping costs will be borne by him.

It is reminded that for any change, the customer only bears the shipping costs while Underwearshop.gr bears the costs of returning the products to the customer.
